I did not come up with these explanations. Rather they were posted in the by one of the Moderators in the Discord. I'm posting them here to make them easier to find but I am posting the Discord conversation links.

Cud Chew: After eating a Berry, you may spend a Battle Action next round to eat it again
Gluttony: You may use held Berries as a Free Action
Harvest: Once per encounter, you may spend a Mastery to return an eaten Berry to your Inventory (unless it was generated by Always Prepared). In Harsh Sunlight, you may spend a Movement Action to return it instead.
Ripen: Doubles the effect of Berries that do not heal Wounds. (Yes, this applies to the Super Effective Berries. Don't make me regret this.)
Unnerve: Prevents the opposing Pokémon from eating Berries. (This one is hardly changed)
And because Shuckle deserves it:
Juicer: After taking a Wound or spending a Mastery, transforms a held Berry into a Berry Juice equivalent that can affect Trainers. This Pokemon can still use this held Berry Juice on itself as a Movement Action.

Apicot/Ganlon Berry: +1 Toughness after taking a Wound/Shaken
Cutsap Berry: After taking a Wound/Shaken, you may give your next move Priority
Lansat Berry: -1 Critical Hit Threshold after taking a Wound/Shaken
Liechi/Petaya Berry: +1 Attack after taking a Wound/Shaken
Micle Berry: +1 Accuracy after taking a Wound/Shaken
Salac Berry: +1 Speed after taking a Wound/Shaken
Starf Berry: +1 Evasion after taking a Wound/Shaken
Pokemon PCs would be able to proc these berries after being Shaken because if they're spending a Movement action to eat the berry, they are not curing Shaken. Even in the best case scenario, they're spending a Battle Action to cure Shaken next round while eating the berry as a Movement Action, which still gives an opportunity to deal a Wound.

Again, full credit to these explanations go to the mods of the Discord. I'm just archiving them here.
